The identity of the woman who was killed with former IEBC official Chris Msando has been revealed, leaving netizens with more questions than answers.
Msando, who worked as an ICT Director at the commission, had been reported missing on Friday but it was not until Monday when his body was identified at City Mortuary.
Media reports that his body was found next to that of a woman in a thicket in Kikuyu. The police did not police did not reveal much about the woman.
It’s now emerging that the woman whose life was snuffed out was a friend of Msando and she had just cleared school at Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) in Karen.
The 21-year-old who has now been identified as Caroline Ngumbu had informed her sister that she was going to see the IEBC official and have drinks with him.
The two met and Caroline placed a called her sister at 7 pm to confirm that she was in the company of Msando.
Caroline’s sister, however, insists that the two were just friends adding that they were not having an affair as some sources have been speculating.
